Can I suggest location(s) for my car/bike shoot?

Absolutely, yes! I welcome my clients' suggestions when scouting for locations. For safety and legality reasons, I typically avoid private property (unless we have written permission from the property owner/manager), abandoned buildings, alleyways, and high-crime areas for car/bike shoot sessions.

Do you offer refunds if I don't like the work?

Refunds only apply in rare cases where I did not attend the scheduled shoot, the files corrupt, or the images are genuinely poor in technical quality. Please review my portfolio before booking to ensure my editing style is what you’re looking for. Refunds cannot be provided for style preferences!

Will you post my vehicle photos online?

Only with explicit, written permission from you, will I post the vehicle photos to my Instagram and portfolio website. I tag the client's socials (if permitted) and blur all license plates/tags of my clients to protect their privacy (unless you give me written permission to show the plate).

What if I need to cancel my shoot due to an emergency?

I totally understand that emergencies happen. If you cancel during post-production, we can reschedule without charging post-production fees again (though those original costs are non-refundable). For same-day cancellations, I offer a 75% refund of the production fee with proof—pre-production costs are retained due to prior prep and scheduling.

How will I receive the car/bike photos?

You will get a link to your Pixieset gallery (online photo gallery) via email. You will NOT need to sign up for an account with Pixieset to access and download your photos. If you ordered photo prints, they can be sent to your preferred address via Uber Courier or an agreed-upon meeting point. I do NOT provide raw photo files, only the finished product to my clients!

In what situations will you terminate a session?

Conditions that will result in session termination with no offer to reschedule are:

• Proximity to substances (e.g., marijuana, vapes)

• Sexual harassment (e.g., inappropriate comments, unwanted touching)

• Unprofessional conduct (e.g., physical aggression, threats, derogatory comments)

• Violation of booking form terms and conditions
