2024 CHARLOTTE PERINATAL BEREAVEMENT CONFERENCE

After connecting with Ally Shaw, the Director and CEO of Gemma's Hope, I got the opportunity to photograph the first-time event for the nonprofit, which was the first annual conference for perinatal bereavement. With several medical professionals and mothers who had experienced the loss of their babies, both sides convened together to share their stories, their pain, and the insights gathered from their indiviual experiences.
